there is a need to keep healthy patients with hemophilia buccally, to avoid further risks in the condition they present. Certainly there are worldwide studies on the low cariogenicity of fructose, it was thought that it was not cariogenic but has proven to be six times less cariogenic than other sugars, so it is a good option to change habits of these patients,we must also control the rates of caries and plaque in patients with hemophilia in order to maintain healthy patients as a whole and avoid greater risks for a dental condition
